Penalties will be given when the tasks are not completed and the rules are not respected. Because of the new law 2257 concerning pornography on the internet, all chat and video must now be recorded. Which means we can always review the videos to make sure all the rules have been respected. It is absolutely necessary that all the rules are read and understood by the performers. EVERY TIME a rule is broken, a penalty fee between 75 and 500 euros will be deducted from the next payment to the Studio you are working in. If you are independent, it will be deducted from your next payment. If there are frequent penalties we can decide to suspend or even close the performer's account. Many of these rules are not only rules, but also laws! If the laws are not respected the performer will lose the opportunity of working on our network. PLEASE respect the rules. DO NOT divulge any information about WHERE you are working. This is for your own security. NO DEFECATION AND/OR PISSING or simulation of either. NO FISTING. SMOKING is allowed in private, but not recommended in free chat. YOU MUST HAVE PHOTOS in your profile. Minimum of 5 photos and they must NOT contain nudity. You must put the photos in your profile BEFORE your first broadcast. Different clothing and postures are required to diversify your gallery. Your profile photo must comply with the rules. YOU MUST COMPLETE YOUR PROFILE AND BIO. They must be accurate and updated when needed. YOUR SCHEDULE must be set, and kept updated. You must follow that schedule at all times. YOUR PERSONAL DIARY must be filled out and updated regularly*. *Performers with a regular schedule: must update their journal at least ONCE A WEEK. *Performers with an occasional schedule: must update their journal at least ONCE A WEEK. *Performers who are on vacation: must write the date when they plan to return BEFORE leaving.
